From a shared frustration to a global platform
In 2021, Ghulam Shabbir and his co-founder set out to solve a problem they had seen first-hand: businesses were either paying a premium for local talent or settling for underqualified offshore hires. There was no middle ground.
They believed the world's best professionals shouldn't be limited by geography — and that enterprises deserved access to rigorously vetted, enterprise-ready talent without the overhead of traditional recruitment.
What started as a small operation has grown into a global staff augmentation platform serving clients across 30+ countries, placing professionals in IT, Finance, Customer Support, HR, Digital Marketing, Customer Success, Technical Implementations, and Project Management.
